Almond milk, made from finely ground almonds and water, has been in use since at least as far back as the Middle Ages, from Europe to east Asia. Almond milk has enjoyed a tremendous surge in popularity recently, especially now that a number of quality commercial almond milks have become available in a range of types and flavors.
